Blood Test Course Survey - for CLIENTS
1. Are you the practice owner? [Must be YES to participate.] *
2. I’m going to show you a description of course, then ask you questions about it.

UNS is preparing a new training course, that will teach how to request blood tests for a patient, specifically what to request, and how to interpret the tests when the results come back. The course will teach how to know from the results what nutritional support the person needs. There will be instruction on how to handle the initial visit, report of findings, follow-up visits, and re-evals.

The course can be done by those who do muscle testing and those who don't, and the course will include data on specifically how to integrate it with Nutrition Response Testing®.

Anyone can do the course, but only certain practitioners can order blood tests, which includes chiropractors in most states, and acupuncturists and naturopaths in some states.

Some of the benefits of being able to order blood tests for patients include giving you more credibility with the patient, their family and friends, and with their MD, more signups for a treatment program, better compliance, and more referrals.

5. With your certifications, would you be allowed to request blood tests in your state?
8. Please rate these factors on a 1-10 scale, on how much they might positively affect your interest in such a course:
13. Yearly practice revenue? *
