NCCAOM CEU Request

Instructions: Ulan Nutritional Systems (UNS) is an approved provider of continuing education with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). If you are a board-certified Diplomate of NCCAOM in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology or Oriental Medicine and would like to obtain Professional Development Activity (PDA) Points/CEUs for one of our many approved courses that you have recently completed, fill out and submit the form below.

Within two weeks of submission of this form, you will receive an email from NCCAOM with instructions on how to download your NCCAOM Certificate of Completion. If you do not receive this email within this period, contact the UNS Quality Control Manager at CEUSupport@unsinc.info or 727-442-7101.

Note: UNS awards its own Certificates of Completion for many of its courses. These ARE NOT a substitute for NCCAOM Certificates of Completion and do not automatically credit PDA points.
